Councilor Wheeler asked if the 45 vehicle spaces requested in the application would all be on the applicant\rquote s property, and not in the public way, which the applicant confirmed, and added that they currently have 93 vehicles in their rental fleet, but they are never on the property at the same time because they are always being rented, leaving open spaces for their used car inventory. Chair Hardt asked how long the applicant has been in the car rental business, and the applicant replied since 2024. Chair Hardt asked if the applicant has had any complaints regarding their car rental business, and the applicant replied they have not, and that they have the highest ranking in New England as a vendor for the Turo car rental service.\par Chair Hardt opened the public hearing at 6:05 p.m. There being no speakers, Chair Hardt closed the public hearing at 6:06 p.m.\cf1\f1\par }
