Jacqueline Duffy, Right of Way Agent for Eversource, explained that, according to their Conduit Division and Engineering, no work order had been issued for 32 Webster Street yet. Chair Hardt added that Clerk Henderson was also checking with Engineering. Agent Duffy noted that work was currently underway on Newton Street, so this project needs to be completed soon. In response to a question from Councilor Wheeler about whether service at 32 Webster Street would be delayed until spring, Agent Duffy reiterated that the timeline was unknown because no work order had been issued.\par \par Chair Hardt noted that the permitting process for 32 Webster Street had begun on the City side and Councilor Wheeler observed that, given the uncertainty surrounding the timeline, it did not make sense to tie the two projects together. Chair Hardt concurred.\par }
