That the Mobility Department present to this Council a plan that shows where heavy commercial vehicles having a carrying capacity of 2 ½ tons or more are restricted and the period of time these restrictions apply as per Traffic Commission Traffic Regulations Section 7-27 Operation of Heavy Commercial Vehicles.
