To the Honorable City Council: The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve the use of available funds in the Water Enterprise Fund Wages account (600051-511000) in the amount of $14,798.95 to fund a new Utility Billing Manager position in the Water and Sewer Department. The Utility Billing Manager position will be classified at Grade/Step NU7-6 at weekly salary of $1,804.75. The amount requested covers the salary for the period of May 5, 2025 through June 30, 2025.
