To the Honorable City Council: The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve the use of available funds in the Water Enterprise Fund Wages account (6000051-511000) in the amount of $1,569.10 to reclassify the Systems Analyst position to a second (2nd) Billing Analyst position. The Billing Analyst position is classified at Grade NU 10 at an estimated weekly salary of $1,500.00. The amount requested covers the difference between that and the current Systems Analyst position of $1,407.70 (Grade NU 11) for the period March 3, 2025 though June 30, 2025.
