To the Honorable City Council: The Director of Economic Development and Director of the Arts Council respectfully conveys to this Council the draft Armory Master Plan presented to the Finance Committee for feedback on Jan 21, 2025. The final version of the plan is forthcoming and will be presented to this council when incorporation of feedback is complete.
