To the Honorable City Council: The Mayor respectfully conveys to this Council the appointment of Georgiana "Georgy" Cohen to the Public Financing of Campaigns Committee. Georgiana Cohen will fill one of two seats designated for a resident appointed by the Mayor, pursuant to Section 8(e) of the City Charter.
