To the Honorable City Council: The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council appropriate $80,000 from the Community Preservation Act Fund Undesignated Fund to the Vida Real to complete the previously funded restoration of the bell tower on their building at 404 Broadway. The appropriation will be allocated to the Historic Preservation CPA category. Details of this request are available in the attached funding recommendation from the Community Preservation Committee.
