{\rtf1\ansi\ansicpg1252\deff0\deflang1033{\fonttbl{\f0\fnil\fcharset0 Times New Roman;}} {\colortbl ;\red0\green0\blue0;} \viewkind4\uc1\pard\cf1\f0\fs24 Chair Wilson summarized the actions taken by the Committee. \par Councilor Davis inquired about the discussion of the salary ordinance, requesting confirmation that the amendment before the Council appears to contain some changes, but the changes to those salaries happened during the previous budget season, and the ordinance is just catching up. Deputy Director of Human Resources Ellen Collins confirmed that all changes happened in the FY 2020 and FY 2022 budgets, and the ordinance was not updated at that time. These revisions reflect the current FY 2024 budget. Councilor Davis expressed concern about this disconnect. \par }
