To the Honorable City Council: The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council transfer $310,000.00 (Three Hundred Ten Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents) from the FY23 Health Insurance Account to the Law Department's Damages to Persons and Property Account #0199052-576000 for the purposes of funding settlement of John Doe v.
