To the Honorable City Council: The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve the use of funds in the Law Department's Ordinary Maintenance Recordings Account (0115152-478010) to pay a FY23  invoice totaling $31.40 to PACER  for public access to court electronic recordings.  The invoice wasn't paid within the fiscal year because it was inadvertently overlooked by the user.
