That the Director of Engineering re-pave Highland Avenue from Central Street to Walnut Street this year instead of waiting until 2024.

That the Mayor hire a minimum of four Department of Public Works Grounds Division staff to increase maintenance of public spaces and new native planting projects, in advance of the Pollinator Action Plan.
