To the Honorable City Council: The Mayor respectfully requests that this Council approve a time-only contract extension to contract #180263 for WSP's engineering services during construction on the Somerville Avenue Utilities and Streetscape Improvements project. The contract will be extended by 11 months with a new expiration date of 12/31/2024. The time extension will be used to continue contractor oversight on the construction project and close out various inspections after construction has completed.
